I can't say enough good things about this company; they provided me with first-rate customer service. I was missing a few small items from the kit, but it was no hassle at all. Benny answered the phone right away and had the replacements sent to me by the next morning, no questions asked. The Multigym we purchased is fantastic and offers great value for what we paid.

I've experienced nothing but top-notch service from this company. Last February, I purchased a V fit bike, and after about three months, it started making a weird grinding noise. I reached out and sent them some videos of the issue, and they suggested a few things to try. Unfortunately, those didn't fix it, so they came to pick up the bike and replaced the crank bearing. Then on Black Friday, I got myself a V-fit Artemis III Deluxe Air Rower. After just three uses, I found the tension way too strong, so I fiddled with it and ended up breaking the rower. I got in touch with Beny Sports and explained what happened. They offered to fix it or let me trade it for the V-fit Tornado, which would work better for me. They even put it together and swapped it out at my workplace. I'm really impressed and super happy with how everything turned out.

I bought a Tornado Air Rower while stuck at home during lockdown, after checking out some reviews online. I had a tough time putting together the chain and cord underneath, so I reached out to customer service and chatted with a super helpful lady named Chloe. She guided me through the assembly over the phone, and I've been using the rower for more than a year now without any issues at all. It's a solid buy, does the same work as a gym rower. Definitely recommend it!

Last October, I purchased a V-Fit Cyclone air rower to help me get back into rowing. It was on the cheaper side (£250), but I wasn't ready to invest heavily unless I was sure I'd stick with it. Right from the start, I encountered issues. The seat rollers felt misaligned, making it feel like I was bumping along train tracks while working out. I reached out to Bent Sports, and to their credit, they quickly sent a new set of wheels. But then, a few weeks later in December, the pull strap stopped retracting, which really threw off my rhythm. I contacted Beny Sports again, and they told me the retraction spring wouldn’t be in until March (turns out it was April). I kept using the rower, but at a much slower pace. Soon after, the flywheel started making a noise like a card in a bicycle wheel. I reached out to Beny Sports once more, and they asked me to send a video to show the issue. I did, but they claimed they couldn’t open it. After that, the rower just sat in my room, useless. I decided to cut my losses and took it to the recycling center in mid-April. Just last week, I got an email saying the retraction spring had finally arrived. I told Beny Sports not to worry about it since I had already thrown the rower away. Their response? A simple 'thanks for letting us know'—no apology or acknowledgment of the poor quality. Just to be clear, I only used the machine three times a week for 25 minutes each time, and I’m 66 years old.

Everything went off without a hitch, the part showed up right on schedule, fit perfectly, and did its job.

I bought an exercise bike from this brand. It stopped working after just six months. They don't seem to care about assisting me. The customer service is terrible.

I got a V-fit STG/09-2 gym for my son's birthday, but, as per usual, I procrastinated on putting it together. When I finally got to it, I found an issue: one of the pulley holes was missing from an upright. I shot an email to Beny Sports (it was a bank holiday, mind you) and was pleasantly surprised to get a reply first thing the next morning. They were super apologetic and sent out a replacement part right away, no hassle at all. I got the new part the very next day. Considering it was a hefty metal piece, I was really impressed with how quickly they handled everything. Top-notch customer service!

Over the years, I've picked up a bunch of stuff for my Delta Rower from 2001, kicking off in 2012 with a cord and an exercise monitor. Recently, I got some new foot straps, and I gotta say, everything's been solid quality and priced just right. Big shoutout to Chloe for her helpful tips and quick shipping. What a lovely, kind lady I spoke to on the phone! This is a long-standing UK business. They sent us a yellow rowing machine, and it showed up the very next day before 9:00am - talk about impressive service! It's the most attractive machine out there, and my partner says it’s just as good as the super pricey rowing machine at her gym. The model is a MOTIVEfitness by U.N.O. R250. Like many folks, we had a tough time during lockdown trying to find a reliable company that offers gym gear at fair prices and is legit. We couldn't be happier.
